The Peco Electrics PL-10 Point Motor is a tried and tested solenoid-type turnout motor designed for reliable and efficient operation. Suitable for H0, N, and TT scale layouts, it offers both below-baseboard and above-baseboard mounting options. The standard PL-10 requires a rectangular hole (40mm x 24mm) when clipped directly to the underside of a Peco turnout. For above-baseboard mounting, the PL-12/12X mounting plate is recommended. The PL-10E variant features an extended operating pin and is used with the PL-9 mounting plate, allowing for a smaller hole in the baseboard. The PL-10W is a low-power version suitable for use with small, low-output transformer controllers.
